Aparthotels Adagio has announced plans for its first property in the German city of Stuttgart.

Aparthotels Adagio Stuttgart will be located in Neckarpark, next to the Daimler and Mercedes Benz headquarters, and is scheduled to open in the first quarter of 2024.

Facilities will include 199 apartments with kitchens, as well as the brand’s signature common area ‘The Circle’ which will feature co-working space, a communal cooking area, lounge space, a grocery store, and a ‘Library of Things’, from which guests can borrow “decorative items such as vases” to furnish their apartments.

The property will join existing Adagio sites in Berlin, Bremen, Cologne, Frankfurt and Munich.

A joint venture between Accor and the Pierre and Vacances Center Parcs Group, Aparthotels Adagio plans to double its portfolio by 2023, including a 162-apartment property in Glasgow’s Saint Enoch.
