Avani Palm View Dubai Hotel & Suites has opened in Dubai.
The Thailand-based Minor Hotels Group property joins Avani Ibn Battuta Dubai and Avani Deira Dubai Hotel in the emirate.
Overlooking the iconic Palm Jumeirah, the 48-storey hotel is located close to Dubai tram and monorail stations. Conveniently situated 25 minutes from Dubai airport, the emirate’s second airport Al Maktoum International and the upcoming Dubai Expo 2020 site are only 30 minutes by road.
Avani Palm View houses 264 Avani Serviced Apartments, ranging from 41 sqm studios up to 165 sqm three-bedroom units.
The suites and residences, designed by Aecom and developed by Alfahim, one of the UAE’s largest conglomerates, offer floor-to-ceiling windows, fully-equipped kitchens, interactive living and private terraces overlooking panoramas of The Palm Jumeirah, the Persian Gulf and the Dubai skyline. Accommodation is designed to suit the needs of both business, leisure and long-stay travellers.
