The Oberoi, Mumbai has rolled out a new culinary initiative at Fenix.
The avocado menu showcases avocado in anything but the usual. Conceptualised by Executive Chef Satbir Bakshi, the menu features starters, mains, and desserts highlighting a variety of flavours and textures.
The menu showcases recipes that are an ideal blend of healthy ingredients and unique flavour pairings.
Appetizers and salads include avocado, rucola, and kale salad; edamame, jalapeno, and avocado gyoza, and batter-fried avocado and brie among others.
On the main course menu, are delicacies such as prawn and avocado ravioli pinenuts, and sage butter sauce; baked avocado with crab Mexican salsa, sour cream, tortilla chips and New Zealand lamb chops, pumpkin fondant, avocado salsa, truffles artichokes to name a few.
Desserts include chocolate and avocado mousse hazelnut crunch, torched avocado and avocado tart with truffled ice cream.
