Hilton has announced plans for a luxury Conrad hotel situated next to Walt Disney World in Orlando.
The property is scheduled to open in 2023, and will form part of the 1,100 acre Evermore Orlando Resort – itself a redevelopment of the existing Villas at Grand Cypress complex.
Conrad Orlando at Evermore will offer 433 rooms including 51 suites, as well as a spa, 40,000 square feet of meeting space, and “numerous dining options including a signature rooftop experience”.
Guests will have access to a 20-acre tropical beach complex and “eight-acre crystalline water amenity”, which according to Hilton “incorporates unique, environmentally sustainable technology that uses up to 100 times less chemicals and only 2 per cent of the energy used by conventional swimming pool filtration systems”.

Facilities will include cabanas, private fire-pits, and aquatic adventure area, a two-storey Boathouse for weddings and private events, and a new 18-hole Nicklaus Design golf course.
When completed the resort is set to offer a total of 10,000 rooms, from residential villas and flats to hotel guestrooms.
Commenting on the news Nils-Arne Schroeder, global head for Conrad Hotels and Resorts, said:
“The signing of Conrad Orlando marks a significant milestone for the brand as we continue to grow our portfolio in iconic locations around the world to better meet the needs of our discerning travellers.
“This hotel’s ideal location within Orlando and near the Disney park along with Conrad’s prestigious reputation for delivering intuitive service, infinite connections and modern design will ensure guests leave feeling truly inspired by their stay with us.”
Conrad Orlando at Evermore will join over 60 Hilton properties in the Orlando area, including the Hilton Orlando, Waldorf Astoria Orlando, and Hilton Garden Inn Orlando Downtown.
