Fast-growing hotel brand Selina has announced that it will open its fifth UK hotel in Camden “once lockdown is over”.

Selina Camden will be located opposite The Roundhouse arts and music venue, and is described as “ideal for intimate events, after-parties and post-gig stays” once restrictions have been lifted.

The 30-room hotel includes room categories ranging from standard double rooms up to suites, a loft-style room, and four-people family rooms. The website is currently showing availability for stays from March onwards.

The hotel will also be home to vegan restaurant Powerplant, which will offer plant-based dishes alongside a cocktail menu. There will be spaces for socialising, dining and working, which include a fully-equipped communal kitchen, a movie room and rooftop terrace. The hotel also promises “an ever-changing calendar of exciting diverse programming”.

The North London hotel will join the brand’s recent openings in Birmingham, Manchester, Brighton and Liverpool. Selina launched in 2015 and currently operates over 70 properties across 20 countries worldwide.
