Dream Luxury Serviced Apartments is to open its first Manchester property, located within the Adelphi Wharf development close to the River Irwell between Deansgate and Salford Quays.

Dream Apartments Manchester opens on January 6, 2021, and will offer over 70 one, two and three-bedroom units, as well as a penthouse suite.

Facilities include integrated kitchens, high-speed internet, car parking and bicycle storage, and an onsite gym and landscaped gardens open to all residents.

The Manchester property joins existing Dream locations in Belfast, Liverpool, Middlesborough and Newcastle.

According to the About Us page of Dream’s website, the brand is primarily targeted towards the corporate and relocation market, with a 70/30 corporate to leisure ratio, and an average length of stay of 20 days.

Confirming the opening date on his LinkedIn page, Michael Reynolds, commercial manager at Dream said that studios are available at the Manchester property from £60 per night or £900 per month, including all bills and wifi.

Aparthotel brand Staycity recently announced plans for its fourth property in Manchester, housed within a 21-storey building in the Deansgate area of the city.
