Accor has signed an agreement to open Pullman Manila at Primex Tower, located in the Greenhills district of San Juan, Metro Manila, in 2023.
Occupying the upper floors of San Juan’s tallest building, the 200-room upscale hotel in Primex Tower will include two restaurants, a lobby lounge, as well as a rooftop bar on the 50th floor. Other amenities include a fitness centre and swimming pool.
The property will also feature conference and event facilities, including meeting rooms, a ballroom, and business centre.
Garth Simmons, chief executive officer, Southeast Asia, Japan, and South Korea, at Accor said:
“We are delighted to be working with Primex Realty Corporation on this exciting Pullman property in the Philippines. The signing of this project is a great reflection of our confidence in the rebound of tourism and the continued long-term success of our industry.
“It is really important that we create a diverse array of accommodation options to attract travellers via our global distribution capabilities, which is why we have an expansion plan in place to boost our presence in the Philippines from seven hotels to 23 hotels within the next five years.”

The Pullman at Primex Tower will complement five other hotels Accor currently operates across Greater Manila. The group’s first Pullman property is set to debut in the Makati central business district in 2022.
