Located in the world-renowned Makaibari Tea Estate, home to the world’s first tea factory, this Taj hotel is spread across 22 acres and features 72 rooms offering sweeping vistas of the hills.

The interiors are inspired by the meandering tea terraces and aesthetically blend with nature.

Head to The Chia Veranda, the all-day diner serving international cuisine. Guests can also enjoy delectable Punjabi and Bengali cuisine at Sonargoan or indulge in an elaborate tea tasting session at Makaibari Tea Lounge.

Taj Chia Kutir Resort & Spa, Darjeeling offers ideal MICE spaces for events and social gatherings. For guests looking to relax and rejuvenate, the resort houses the signature Jiva Spa.
