Fortune Hotels, a member of ITC’s hotel group has announced the signing of four individual operating agreements for hotels in Candolim, Goa; Deoghar, Jharkhand, Haldwani, Uttarakhand, and Tirupur, Tamil Nadu.

Fortune Select, Candolim, Goa: The hotel will feature over 100 well-equipped rooms, designed to cater to the needs of business and leisure travellers with unique F&B, high-end meeting venues, and recreational amenities. Fortune Select, Candolim is 800 metres from the Candolim beach, located in the heart of Bardez -north Goa and 15 Km from Panjim. The property is expected to open towards mid-2022.

Fortune Park, Deoghar, Jharkhand: The 100-key hotel is set in the pilgrim city and the cultural capital of Jharkhand. It is conveniently located in the heart of the smart city, home to Baidyanath Temple, one of the 12 Jyotirlingas shrines in India. The property is expected to open in 2024.

Fortune Park, Tirupur, Tamil Nadu: This is a 62-room hotel, strategically located in the textile and knitwear hub of India, just 50 Km from Coimbatore. The hotel is scheduled to open its doors in the summer of 2021 and will serve as an ideal stay option for corporate travellers.

Fortune Inn, Haldwani: The hotel is situated in the immediate foothills of Kumaon Himalayas, and will be positioned as a midmarket business hotel catering to the growing demand for branded hotels in the largest commercial market of Uttarakhand. Located atop a popular mall in the city, just off NH109, the hotel is expected to open in October 2022.
