The new DoubleTree by Hilton M Square Hotel & Residences has opened its doors catering to “modern business travellers and urban leisure enthusiasts” seeking a “distinctive experience in the city’s historic district”.

The 23-storey property, located next to Burjuman shopping mall and metro station in Bur Dubai, features an innovative feature wall with an eye-catching mural that pays tribute to Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, inspired by the hotel’s “industrial chic” concept.

This intriguing work of art, which greets every guest, is 15 metres long and made from more than 29,000 reflective discs.

DoubleTree by Hilton M Square is home to 327 hotel rooms and suites, 131 serviced residences for short and extended stays and three dining outlets including Larte Italian restaurant; The Spice Tree serving Indian fusion cuisine; and the SunGlo Rooftop Lounge with views of Dubai’s ‘big five’ – the iconic Burj Khalifa, The Dubai Frame, The Museum of the Future, Dubai Eye and the Burj Al Arab.

Other facilities include six meeting rooms and a grand ballroom, an executive lounge, three outdoor swimming pools, including one children’s pool, a fully-equipped fitness centre and spa treatment rooms.
