Vistara has extended its wifi service to its A321neo aircraft.
Back in September, Vistara became the first Indian airline to offer wifi onboard to its passengers.
Flights between Delhi and London Heathrow operated by the airline’s Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner aircraft have wifi onboard as a free service, for a limited period of time. The airline has now added the wifi facility to its Airbus aircraft as well.
The wireless connectivity system powered by Panasonic Avionics on the carrier’s Dreamliner allows passengers to access internet on wifi enabled devices such as smart phones, tablets and laptops.
Previously, International carriers that offer inflight wifi had to switch off these services upon entering Indian airspace.
