IHG Hotels and Resorts has signed a new Holiday Inn property in India’s NCR (National Capital Region). The hospitality brand has signed a management agreement with Regal Emporia Infratech for this hotel.
Holiday Inn Greater Noida West will be a part of Boulevard Walk, a mix-use development by Home and Soul; and is expected to be operational by the first quarter of 2023.
The 140-key hotel is located on an arterial road called Noida – Greater Noida Link Road that connects the site to the commercial and residential projects in the vicinity and to Delhi, Noida and Greater Noida. It will be at an hour’s driving distance from the upcoming Jewar airport in Uttar Pradesh.
The hotel will feature well-appointed rooms, two F&B outlets, a bar, a lobby lounge, an outdoor pool and a fitness centre. It will also offer a 929 sqm meeting and banqueting space for MICE and social gatherings.
