Seven Kitchens, the all-day dining restaurant at The St. Regis Mumbai hotel will host an exclusive gastronomical experience on December 11 and 12. The menu will feature contemporary dishes from the beautiful Tuscany region.

The curated menu will have signature dishes such as creamy roasted garlic and spinach orzo, Tuscan chicken, spezzatino, tomato crostini, prosciutto and melon among others.

There will be a live pasta station, which will serve casoncelli stuffed with asparagus and truffle cream, cavatelli and cresc tajat pasta served with lamb bolognese and pomarola sauce, fagottini stuffed with chicken and provolone, caramelle stuffed with mushroom and goat cheese.

Dessert lovers will have a plethora of options including castagnaccio and chestnut cake.
