The hotly anticipated Address Beach Resort and Address Beach Residences property is set open its doors next month (December), marking the Address brand’s first beachfront presence.
Located in the heart of The Beach and Jumeirah Beach Residences (JBR) area of Dubai, the 77-floor property spans two towers connected by the tallest inhabited skybridge in the world and is also a candidate for the Guinness Records for the highest infinity pool. It will also boast panoramic views of the Arabian Gulf, Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Marina and the iconic Ain Dubai (Dubai Eye).
Address Beach Resort will feature 217 guest rooms and suites and Address Beach Residences will offer 443 fully furnished and serviced apartments and 478 unfurnished residential apartments.
Luxury dining concepts will include ZETA Seventy Seven, home to an infinity rooftop pool with outstanding views; Li’Brasil, serving a fusion of Lebanese and Brazilian flavours; the Address brand’s signature “homely concept”, The Restaurant: The Lounge, set around the lobby area’s olive trees; and the Beach Grill for beachside dining. There’s also a Grab & Go option for guests on the move.
Leisure facilities will include family friendly and adult-only pools, a fitness centre and the award-winning The Spa at Address. Hotel guests and serviced apartment residents will have access to all facilities.
