Courtyard by Marriott has announced the opening of its second hotel in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

Strategically located in the heart of the business district along Sindhu Bhawan Road (SBR), the new Courtyard by Marriott in Ahmedabad features 121 guestrooms including five executive suites.

Popular tourist attractions in the region include Jama Masjid Mosque, Swaminarayan Temple and Hutheesing Jain Temple and Sabarmati Ashram, which was home to Mahatma Gandhi for 13 years. The hotel also offers easy access to Gujarat International Finance Tec-City – India’s first operational smart city and international financial services centre. Rooms are well-equipped with an array of amenities for business and leisure stays.

The hotel’s all-day dining restaurant Aura serves Indian favourites and cuisines from across the world. Latte, a 24-hour café offers indoor and outdoor seating areas for guests to enjoy coffee with freshly baked cakes and confectionaries.

Recreational facilities include a fitness centre, an indoor swimming pool that overlooks the city. The hotel also offers extensive venues for large and small events. The ballroom can accommodate up to 600 guests.
