IHG Hotels & Resorts (IHG) has opened its first Staybridge Suites property in Dubai South.
Located at Al-Maktoum Airport, just 20 minutes from the Expo 2020 Dubai site, the upscale extended-stay brand offers a residential-style hotel designed for multi-night business travellers and leisure visitors looking to break from the travel norm while on the road, be it for days or even months at a time.
Its 262 spacious suites feature fully equipped kitchens, comfortable living spaces, a 43-inch flatscreen TV, plenty of storage space, complimentary Wi-Fi and a large bathroom, some with a tub. Services include complimentary hot breakfast with grab and go options and a shuttle bus.
There’s a hotel restaurant, a common kitchen with a coffee machine and a oven and grill and three times weekly, the property stages The Social – an informal gathering for guests where they can enjoy small bites and drinks and meet other ‘residents’.
Hotel facilities also include an outdoor swimming pool and health club.
