Air Arabia Abu Dhabi, the capital’s low-cost carrier, has added Kathmandu, Nepal to its network, with direct flights from Abu Dhabi starting on October 17, 2020.

The four times a week service to Kathmandu represents the eighth route for Air Arabia Abu Dhabi since the launch of the carrier’s service from Abu Dhabi International Airport on July 14, 2020.

This month, Air Arabia Abu Dhabi also launched new services to Sudan and Bangladesh.

Ensuring the high standards of safety, Air Arabia has added a free Covid-19 insurance coverage to every booking made on the airline.

The validity of the insurance is 31 days from the day of departure on the itinerary. Passengers who test positive for Covid-19 during the period will benefit from insurance coverage that includes medical expenses and  quarantine costs.
