The latest addition to Fairfield by Marriott Kolkata’s F&B experience is Vertex, The Liquid Restaurant, serving signature cocktails and delectable global cuisine.
An ideal place to unwind with friends and colleagues, this chic outlet features high-energy music, alfresco seating and contemporary décor.
Vertex is located beside the pool, offering a panoramic view of the Newtown skyline and the scenic Biswa Bangla Gate.
The dining menu served here is curated by Arabinda Seth, executive chef at Fairfield by Marriott Kolkata.
Specialities include appetisers such as trio Mexican, prawn on toast, tandoori aloo gulistani and lamb sliders. Pasta dishes like porcini and brie mousse stuffed rigatoni in amatriciana sauce and chicken and baby spinach cannelloni drizzled with truffle cheese sauce are available.
The mains also comprise exclusive in-house creations like Vertex ramen bowl, paneer roll saffron Roma tomato makhani and Viet cajun grilled prawns.
The bar at Vertex boasts a selection of premium whisky, beers, global spirits and liqueurs, along with a variety of cocktails and mocktails prepared by the hotel’s in-house mixologists.
Recommended cocktail options include golden touch, paan sour, tranquility fix, ruthless, Vertex sour and sea rider.
Launching soon is the Vertex’s Sunday brunch – Brunch With A View, offering a choice of beer buckets, new world wines, craft cocktails and special Sunday sparklers.
