Sri Lankan Airlines begins operating special flights to select destinations including Doha, Tokyo (Narita), and Sydney.

The flag carrier of Sri Lanka has announced that it is operating flights on the Colombo-Doha route on every Monday and Friday.

Similarly, the airline is flying from Colombo to Malé on every Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Sunday.

Flights on Colombo-Narita sector are being carried out every Wednesday and Saturday.

Flights from Colombo to Singapore have also been announced. Flight UL302 will depart every Wednesday and Sunday. The Colombo-Sydney service is available on Wednesday.

Earlier, the carrier also announced special flights to select cities in Europe namely London, Paris, Frankfurt and Milan.

The airline will also operate a special flight to Kuala Lumpur on September 24.
