Radisson Hotel Group has announced plans to open a serviced apartments property in Pakistan’s capital.

In what the group is referring to as “the first internationally branded serviced apartments in the country”, the Radisson Blu Serviced Apartments, Islamabad will be housed within a mixed use development including offices and a shopping mall.

Features will include 224 apartments measuring between 51 and 84 sqm, as well as an all day dining restaurant, spa and fitness centre, “sports courts” and a swimming pool.

The property is scheduled to open in the second quarter of 2023, and will be the group’s second hotel in Pakistan, with plans to expand to ten hotels and 2,000 rooms either open or under development by 2025.
