The Indian Hotels Company Limited’s (IHCL), Ginger Hotels is expanding its portfolio by setting up three new hotels in India. Out of the three, two will be in Chennai – one located in Sirusari and another at Pallavaram. The third hotel is set to open in Patna.

For the 99-room Ginger Sirusari hotel, the company has signed a management contract with M/s KVSN Properties. Whereas for the 108-key room Ginger Pallavaram, the brand has signed a deal with Ravin Hotels.

The 95-room Ginger Bailey Road, Patna will offer easy connectivity between Danapur and Patna city. The hotel will be fully fitted lease agreement with PSVS Enterprises LLP.

The two Chennai properties will take the total number of Ginger hotels in the city to five, while Patna property will be the brand’s second hotel in the city.

With the addition of these hotels in different micro-markets, the Ginger brand aims to deepen its market penetration in cities that are key commercial hubs of the country.
