Avani Hotels and Resorts has announced the signing of a new property in Vietnam.

Set to open in the third quarter of 2023, the 200-key Avani+ Ho Tram Resort is located in the picturesque beach town of Ho Tram in Ba Ria, Vung Tau province. It is less than a two-hour drive from Ho Chi Minh City.

The resort designed by German-Vietnamese designers Korn Architects is expected to be the focal point of Hai Vuong Tourism’s ‘Sanctuary’ villa development that will include a lazy river, a beach club, a conference centre and a pier.

The property’s 200 standard rooms and five 90-sqm bungalows will operate as a resort, while 268 one, two and three-bedroom managed residences in two towers will be available for purchase.

In terms of F&B, the resort will have a signature restaurant serving Thai-Vietnamese seafood, while the all-day dining venue and Pantry by Avani will specialise in international cuisine and refreshments, respectively. There will also be a pool bar where you can enjoy tropical concoctions, mocktails and the region’s popular craft brews on tap.

The property can be utilised as a distinct MICE venue. Their extensive banquet and meeting facilities can accommodate up to 500 guests in the state-of-the-art 684 sqm ballroom. Two additional meeting rooms are available for more intimate events.

For leisure travellers, there are two pools, a fitness centre, a kids club and a third-party destination beach club. Relax and unwind in the spacious, spa that uses indigenous ingredients and regional wellness traditions.

Under its impressive Vietnam portfolio, Avani Hotels and Resorts has a total of three properties under construction in Ho Chi Minh City, Doc Let and Cam Ranh, as well as two hotels in operation in Hai Phong and Quy Nhon.
