Plaza Premium has reopened two of its departure lounges at Heathrow airport.

The group’s facility within Heathrow T2 is currently being used by eligible Delta and Virgin Atlantic customers, while both carriers are operating from the terminal due to the temporary closure of T3.

And Plaza Premium’s T2 lounge has been joined by the group’s facility at T5. The lounge – which opened in 2017, is located on Level 2 of the departures area next to gate A7.

The T2 lounge is currently open from 0600 to 2100 daily, while the T5 lounge is open daily from 0600 to 1700.

Plaza Premium also operates lounges at Heathrow T3 and T4, but these will remain shut for the foreseeable future as both terminals are currently closed. The Plaza Premium arrivals lounge at T2 also currently remains closed.

The T2 and T5 lounges are the group’s second and third facilities to reopen in Europe, joining the Plaza Premium non-Schengen lounge at Helsinki airport.

The group is gradually reopening its lounges worldwide, with facilities in Hong Kong, Macau, Taipei, Vancouver, Jakarta, Phnom Penh, Kuala Lumpur, Kota Kinabalu, Kuching, Penang, Langkawi, New Delhi, Hyderabad and Abu Dhabi all resuming operation last month.
