The Park Lane Hong Kong, a Pullman Hotel’s SKYE Roofbar and Dining has launched a unique make-your-own-meal kit that patrons can enjoy at home.
The ‘SKYE in your home’ meal kit comprises a three-course meal made with ingredients chosen from local organic farms as well as from the brand’s own rooftop garden:
The three-course menu includes:
- Appetiser: Hand-made truffle butter-bread with lemon thyme butter and citrus cured salmon with garden radish, wasabi mayonnaise and caper-fennel salad.
- Main course: A 50-hour braised Angus beef short rib with rosemary potato fondant, braised onions, bone marrow red wine jus
- Dessert: Pear tart bourdaloue with almond streusel, vanilla rum crème anglaise.
