The Shangri-La Group has unveiled its latest residential property The Moon Residence in Kunming, China with the opening of its sales gallery.

The new property features 21 floors with 224 serviced apartments, all of which will be fully furnished apartments once construction is complete, says the hotel group.

The Moon Residence is located in the Kunming Central Business District in Kunming, the capital of Yunnan Province in south west China.

This is the Shangri-La Group’s latest residential property for sale and comes after The Residences at One Galle Face in Colombo, the Yavis Residence in Dalian and the Lakeview Yangzhou.

The development is comprised of two towers, inspired by the local heritage of Yuanyang terrace field in Yunnan Province and the façade features a cascading glass curtain wall.

Each apartment ranges in size from 64 to 351 square metres. According to the hotel group, every apartment “will offer magnificent city views” with floor-to-ceiling windows. The largest unit encompasses 351-square-metres of space with an indoor spiral staircase
