Thai Airways says it will operate two roundtrip flights on its Bangkok-Taipei and Bangkok-Copenhagen routes this month.

In a statement, Thai Airways’ president Chansin Treenuchagron said the airline is flying these routes for “passengers who wish travel to these two destinations or to neighbouring countries and Thais stranded in Taiwan, Denmark, Scandinavian countries who wish to be repatriated”.

On August 5 and 14, Flight TG632 will depart from Bangkok at 0825 and arrive in Taipei at 1305 (local time).

Meanwhile, on August 16 and 30, Flight TG950 will depart from Bangkok at 0650 and arrive in Copenhagen at 1305 (local time).

“Thai partnered with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to operate Taipei-Bangkok and Copenhagen-Bangkok special flights to fly Thais home with Covid-19 preventive measures and physical distance applied in every aspect of service provision,” reads a statement from the airline.

The airline says its tickets on the routes Bangkok-Taipei and Bangkok-Copenhagen are sold as one-way tickets with limited seats available.

The airline is also offering flights between Bangkok and Frankfurt this month.
