Thai Airways is operating special flights between Bangkok and Frankfurt in AugustĀ  “for those who wish to travel to Germany and Thais stranded in Germany who wish to be repatriated,” the carrier said in a statement.

Flight TG922 is scheduled to depart Bangkok on August 10 and 21 at 12.25pm and arrive in Frankfurt at 7pm local time, says the carrier. The airline’s tickets on the Bangkok-Frankfurt route are sold as one-way tickets.

Thailand’s flag carrier says passengers who wish to be repatriated may register for the Frankfurt-Bangkok flight operated in partnership with the country’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs by registering on the following website.

The airline says there will be “strict Covid-19 preventive measures and physical distancing in every aspect of service provision” on these flights. Business Traveller Asia-Pacific has asked the airline for more details on the measures.
