Radisson Hotel Group south Asia has partnered with Indian table reservation and food discovery platform, Eazy Diner.

The collaboration will cover all 94 operating hotels under the brand’s network in India and will include table booking and home delivery services.

Radisson has devised 20 signature dishes for home delivery. Curated by Chef Rakesh Sethi, these include delicacies like paan kulfi (frozen dairy dessert) with gulkand (sweet preserve of rose petals) cake, angaar-e- jamun (chocolate stuffed sweet flambeed) and trio symphony (carrot pudding/gulab jamun terrine/ kalakand (a sweet made out of solidified, sweetened milk) tart/saffron pudding) amongst others.

Guests will be able to order these dishes online through Eazy Safe+ platform that ensures safe takeaways and minimal-contact deliveries.
