ITC Hotels has partnered with food delivery platform Zomato to offer its signature dining experiences to customers in the comfort of their home.
Participating ITC properties include ITC Maurya (New Delhi), ITC Maratha (Mumbai), ITC Grand Central (Mumbai), ITC Royal Bengal (Kolkata), ITC Grand Chola (Chennai), ITC Gardenia (Bengaluru), ITC Windsor (Bengaluru), ITC Kohenur (Hyderabad), ITC Kakatiya (Hyderabad), ITC Rajputana (Jaipur), ITC Mughal (Agra), ITC Grand Goa, Welcomhotel Chennai, Welcomhotel Bengaluru, Welcomhotel Vadodara and Welcomhotel Coimbatore.
ITC Hotels’ two gourmet experiences, Gourmet Couch and Flavours will be available on Zomato. Gourmet Couch is the chain’s recent culinary offering that features a luxury dining experience with exclusively curated menus from ITC Hotels’ signature brands, delivered at the guest’s residence under ‘Weassure’ hygiene and safety protocol.
Likewise, Flavours showcase an array of authentic delights to celebrate indigenous flavours of the region with the chain’s culinary initiative – ‘Local Love’.
Mandatory temperature checks for all chefs and F&B associates, hand sanitisers and thermometres at the take-out counter to examine the health of local food delivery partners are safety initiatives undertaken.
