Wyndham Hotels and Resorts is set to expand its brand portfolio across the Indian subcontinent, with planned hotels in Nepal and Bhutan.

The brand debuted in India with its latest opening Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham Dwarka, an eco-spiritual resort offering 202 spacious guestrooms featuring expansive outdoor access with a focus on wellness and nature.

Wyndham Hotels and Resorts will make its debut in Nepal with Ramada Encore by Wyndham Kathmandu Thamel (Nepal). Wyndham’s first entry in the Himalayan kingdom of Nepal, the hotel is expected to open in August this year. Ramada Encore by Wyndham Kathmandu Thamel will be situated in the Thamel district in the capital city of Kathmandu. The hotel will offer 90 guestrooms with a range of amenities.

Come March, Ramada by Wyndham Valley Thimpu, Bhutan will open with 41 spacious rooms, including many with panoramic views of the magnificent Himalayas.

Expected to open later this month, Ramada by Wyndham Mussoorie Mall Road (India) offers 45 guestrooms. It will be located at one of the most popular hill station destinations in northern India also referred to as the Queen of the Hills.

Apart from Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham Dwarka, the company has already opened two other hotels in India in 2020 – Ramada by Wyndham Aligarh GT Road and Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Pune Hinjewadi.
