The UAE is preparing to allow its residents and nationals to travel again, announcing that commercial passenger flights to select destinations will resume from June 23.

Though the categories of people allowed to travel – along with the approved destinations – are yet to be defined, national carriers that include Flydubai, Emirates, Etihad and Air Arabia have released lists of destinations that they are flying to during this month and July.

Some are designated solely as repatriation flights and others commercial passenger flights; in all cases, airlines have advised to check the entry requirements for the destination before booking any flight.

Europe

Flights to the following European cities can be booked on emirates.com or via travel agents: Amsterdam, Copenhagen, Dublin, Frankfurt, London Heathrow, Madrid, Manchester, Milan, Paris, Vienna and Zurich.

In July, Etihad will be offering flights to Amsterdam, Barcelona, Brussels, Dublin, Geneva, Frankfurt, Istanbul, London, Manchester, Milan, Moscow, Munich, Paris and Zurich.

Flydubai is offering repatriation flights to Bucharest, Belgrade, Sofia, Helsinki, Kyiv and Tbilisi.

Australia

Emirates are offering flights to Brisbane, Perth, Melbourne and Sydney. Etihad is offering flights to Melbourne and Sydney.

Middle East

Emirates is flying to Bahrain. In July, Etihad is offering flights to Amman, Bahrain, Cairo, Kuwait, Muscat and Riyadh.

Flydubai is offering repatriation flights to Alexandria, Cairo and Lar. Air Arabia recently announced that it would be operating special repatriation flights in June to Alexandria, Cairo and Sohag in Egypt and Lar, in Iran.

North America

Emirates are offering flights to Chicago, New York JFK and Toronto. In July, Etihad will be offering flights to Chicago, New York and Toronto.

Asia

Emirates are offering flights to Hong Kong, Islamabad, Jakarta, Kabul, Karachi, Kuala Lumpur, Lahore, Manila, Seoul, Singapore and Taipei.

In July, Etihad is offering flights to Bangalore, Bangkok, Beijing, Chennai, Cochin, Delhi, Islamabad, Jakarta, Karachi, Kuala Lumpur, Lahore, Manila, Moscow, Mumbai, Seoul, Singapore and Tokyo.

Flydubai is offering repatriation flights to Bishkek, Dhaka, India (multiple airports) and Pakistan (multiple airports).
