India to operate repatriation flights from London

The third phase of India’s repatriation drive, Vande Bharat Mission begins this week and will be carried out until June 30.

High Commission of India, London has announced a list of repatriation flights between London and Delhi from June 15 to June 21.

Air India group will be operating flights from London to Delhi, then connecting to other cities in India such as Chennai, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Kochi, Bengaluru and Vishakhapatnam.

As per the recent update, Air India group under Vande Bharat Mission in phase 1 operated 64 flights to bring 12,708 Indians back. Until today, in phase 2, 301 flights have been arranged to bring back 54,123 stranded nationals. Phase 3 of the mission has been planned over 300 flights with more than 100 domestic feeder flights to bring approximately 60,000 Indians from 43 countries.
