Ikea India, a part of the Ingka Group has resumed its online services in Hyderabad with a contactless shopping feature.
Starting today, this Swedish home furnishings retailer has introduced ‘Click and Collect’, safe and contactless experience for its customers. The service ensures minimal contact between co-workers and customers.
An official release says, “Customers can order Ikea products on its website, pay online and select the Click and Collect service option when checking out.
“Ikea’s delivery team will prepare their order for them to pick up from the particular collection station in the store’s car parking area. The store team will notify the customer by text or email when they could come over to the store and collect it.”
