This morning, Tata Starbucks India took to Twitter to announce that they are now delivering the Starbucks experience to our homes.

Starbucks India tweeted, “We are now delivering the Starbucks experience in select areas of Gurugram, New Delhi, Mumbai and Bengaluru through our delivery partner Swiggy. It’s time to indulge in the deliciousness that will be #SafelyDelivered, in the comfort of your home.”

Due to the ongoing pandemic, the coffee brand will be taking all safety precautions while delivering its items. These include temperature screening for partners and delivery executives, strict sanitisation protocol followed by all partners, regular sanitisation of surfaces every 30 minutes among others. In terms of deliveries, they have the option of contactless delivery with their delivery partners.

The statement said, “While a big part of our business comes from our in-store sales, we are a brand that is known for its omnichannel retail experience. We are continuing our efforts using the power of digital mediums and new business models to ensure that we give our customers the Starbucks Experience they want even as times change.

“Additionally, we have also announced a US$10 million Starbucks global grant for our partners to ensure that they are taken care of financially if they need any help.”
