The Oberoi, Mumbai has announced the reopening of The Eau Bar after a major refurbishment.
An ode to the city of Mumbai, this stunning bar is perched on the prominent Queen’s Necklace on Marine Drive. The dramatic bull installation by sculptor Valay Shende, celebrating the spirit of India’s financial capital, is hard to miss.
The striking red interiors with Art Deco-inspired elements is key to the bar. However, their highlight is the outdoor deck offering sweeping vistas of the sea. There is a private lounge which is ideal for intimate gatherings.
The cocktail list have been curated by UK-based mixologist Andrew Pearson. Check out the Cocktails through the Eras selection that traces the history of cocktails from the 1800s to the present times.
Complementing the cocktail menu is executive Chef Satbir Bakshi’s small plates menu featuring international flavours alongside Mumbai’s local favourites.
