Citizen M is set to open its fourth Parisian hotel in winter 2020.
The 151-room property will be located on rue de la Boétie, steps from the Champs-Élysées, and joins the group’s Paris Charles de Gaulle, La Defense and Gare de Lyon hotels.
Citizen M describes itself as “affordable luxury”, with city centre and airport hotels catering especially to millennial business travellers.
All rooms come with free wifi, en suites with rain showers, king-sized beds and tablets to control the temperature, blinds, lighting and entertainment.
Check-in and check-out are self-service via kiosks in the reception.
Like many Citizen M hotels, the new Paris property will be designed by Amsterdam-based Concrete, and feature furniture from Vitra.
It will have a bar/dining area with an outdoor terrace offering views of the Champs-Élysées and the Eiffel Tower, and a sheltered courtyard with red Parisian-style awning.
The group’s pipeline includes openings in Seattle, Washington DC and Geneva this year, as well as a fourth London hotel in Victoria in 2021.
