The airline has also created a special offer to mark the leap year, with over 20,000 seats priced at £29 or less each-way from Gatwick to European destinations.
British Airways will also hand out complimentary lounge access to lucky passengers whose birthday falls on February 29, provided they depart from Gatwick on February 28 or 29, or March 1.
Holiday packages are also discounted, including return business class flights to the Seychelles and seven nights’ accommodation from £2299 per person.
Meanwhile, TAP Air Portugal has launched a 15 per cent discount on all flights (excluding discount, executive and top executive fares) between March 1 and April 3, 2020. Customers can use the promotion code SPRING20 until February 29 to make bookings.
