Hyatt Hotels Corporation has announced to open a new property in Izmir, Turkey.

The hotel group has entered into a franchise agreement with Orjin Konaklama Hizmetleri A.Ş, a joint stock company based in Istanbul and the real estate development company within Orjin Group.

Located around 20 km from the airport, Hyatt Regency Izmir Istinye Park will be in close proximity to the metro, tram and bus stations, providing easy and direct access to downtown Izmir.

Slated to open in 2021, the 161-room Hyatt Regency Izmir Istinye Park will be designed keeping in mind the needs of business and leisure travellers, offering seamless and customised experiences for your stay. Moreover, the hotel will be part of new major development and is gearing up to become a local landmark comprising of a high-end shopping mall and 80,000 sqm park.

Hyatt Regency Izmir Istinye Park will feature a restaurant and bar, as well as a spa and a fitness centre. Additionally, with over 2,000 sqm of event space, the property will also offer a premium venue for business meetings and social gatherings.

Hyatt Regency Izmir Istinye Park will be joining Hyatt’s growing portfolio across Turkey, alongside Park Hyatt Istanbul – Macka Palas, Hyatt Regency Istanbul Atakoy, Grand Hyatt Istanbul, Nish Palas Istanbul, Hyatt Centric Levent Istanbul, and Hyatt House Gebze.
