Indigo Airlines has announced the launch of its Delhi-Dammam flight effective March 10, 2020 onwards.
Dammam is the low-cost carrier’s 24th international destination and third in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia after Jeddah and Riyadh.
With this new addition, the airline will now operate a total of five daily direct flights connecting Dammam with Mumbai, Hyderabad, Kozhikode, Trivandrum and Delhi, which we recently reported on here.
“We are delighted to launch a connection from Delhi to Dammam, strengthening our presence in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We witness a huge demand for travel between India and Saudi Arabia, on account of commercial opportunities and visiting friends and relatives. As we strive to add more routes and offer flexibility to our customers, these routes will help promote trade and tourism through increased mobility between the two countries,” says William Boulter, chief commercial officer, Indigo.
