Vietnamese start-up airline Bamboo Airways is set to launch a new daily Hanoi-Seoul Incheon service from June 1, according to Routes Online.

The new service will be operated by a Boeing 787-9 aircraft.

The daily flight from Hanoi will depart at 2240 and arrive in Seoul at 0500 the following day, while the return leg will leave Seoul at 0650 and arrive in Hanoi at 0916.

Bamboo Airways officially began operations following the completion of its inaugural flight from Ho Chi Minh City to Hanoi last year in June.

Bamboo Airways wants to be a “five-star airline operating both domestic and international routes”.

The airline has three fare classes – Eco, Plus and Business – offer varying degrees of generosity in regard to luggage allowance, seat selection and booking changes.

From 2021, Bamboo plans to add flights to the US and Europe.
