Soul Pantry: Soul Pantry at Andaz Delhi celebrates nature.It serves nutrition dense flatbreads, seasonal salads, and healthy beverages made with native grains and seasonal local ingredients. Green bowl made with cucumber, fennel salad, spring onion and spice French dressing and feta bowl made with vegetable salad, feta cheese and herb vinaigrette are few options to try from their wellness bowl. From their beverage section, you can have options consisting of ginger, banana, jaggery and black sesame and millets magic made with cold brew, fix millet, organic honey and chia seeds.

White Sage: This is a zen-like café in Jaipur that fosters a farm-to-table dining experience. Local and seasonal produce lie at the core of the cooking preparations at the café known for serving the finest vegetarian delicacies in the region. On offer are dishes such as homemade granola bowl, quinoa barley salad, superfood green dumpling, finger millet nachos and whole multigrain burger. The café aims at ῾delivering a holistic mind-body-soul experience’.

Just Be: This is a whole foods, plant-based resto cafe and healthy bakehouse in Bengaluru . Their breads, dips, dressings and cheese, are made in-house. Gluten-free margherita pizza, sprouts salad, oats beetroot falafel and pearl barley risotto are worth trying. Extending their support towards an eco-conscious environment, Just Be uses cutlery which does not contain bone ash, their kitchen waste goes into composting and eco-friendly bagasse packaging is adopted.
