Indigo has added Agra to its network – as its 63th domestic and 86th overall destination. Agra will be the fifth city in Uttar Pradesh to be connected by the low-cost carrier, following Allahabad, Gorakhpur, Lucknow and Varanasi.
Daily nonstop flights on Agra-Bangalore route begin March 5 onwards.

“These flights will enable us to offer point-to-point connectivity from a city which houses one of the wonders of the world, witnesses an exceptional tourist footfall, and hence high demand for connectivity. Operating exclusively on the Agra-Bengaluru route under the government’s UDAN scheme, Indigo flights will promote trade and tourism in the region through increased mobility,” says William Boulter, chief commercial officer, Indigo.
With its fleet of over 250 aircraft, Indigo offers 1500 daily flights and connects 63 domestic destinations and 23 international destinations.
