A new-build luxury hotel is set to open on London’s Buckingham Gate in June next year.
The Guardsman will have 53 rooms, as well as six residences across the top three floors, including a penthouse with a wraparound terrace.
The developers say it will offer the “atmosphere, discretion and personal service usually associated with a private members’ club”.

Rooms will come in one-, two- and three-bed options and will have living/dining rooms and kitchens.
Individually-styled rooms will feature bespoke furniture and artwork and have TVs with Chromecast.
Guests will be able to request their preferred brand of drinks, menu items or bathroom products ahead of arrival, though the hotel’s amenities partner is Noble Isle.

The hotel is set slightly off the main Buckingham Gate road, down Vandon Street.
There will be two dining/bar areas, though exact details have not been announced.
The hotel is part of Preferred Hotels‘ LVX collection.
