Luxury group Campbell Gray Hotels has announced plans to join the Global Hotel Alliance’s collection of over 550 hotels worldwide.
The move will add five-star properties including Le Gray Beirut and Alex on Lake Zurich to the GHA collection.
Founded by hotelier Gordon Campbell Gray, the group also added The Merchant House in Bahrain, and The Machrie Hotel in Scotland to its portfolio last year.
GHA launched in 2004 and now counts over 30 hotel brands under its umbrella, including Alila, Anantara, Corinthia, The Doyle Collection, Kempinski, Marco Polo Hotels and Rydges Hotels and Resorts. Its Discovery loyalty programme has over 15 million members.
Subscribers to the UK print or digital edition of Business Traveller get one year’s Platinum membership of the GHA Discovery programme, and this Black Friday week we are offering subscriptions from as little as £16.49.
Commenting on the inauguration of Campbell Gray into GHA, Christopher Hartley, CEO of Global Hotels Alliance said:
“The Campbell Gray Hotels collection of luxury and individual hotels in Europe and the Middle East represents an exquisite addition to Discovery.
“Our Discovery members are thrilled to have their options extend to include such an elegant portfolio that upholds the high standards of luxury which GHA prides itself on showcasing around the world.”
