Passengers accessing the Plaza Premium Lounges at Delhi, Hyderabad and Ahmedabad airports can enjoy the ongoing Oriental Food Festival. In keeping with Plaza Premium’s commitment to provide exquisite culinary variety to passengers, this festival will feature a curated menu of pan-Asian dishes, with delicacies from China, Thailand, Japan and Korea. This festival has been aptly named Oriental Utopia, by Plaza Premium Lounges, and represents the diversity of flavours and aromas that emerge from Asian cuisine.
The festival starts on December 1, 2019 and goes on until January 5, 2020.
Plaza Premium Group has chosen to start this Oriental food festival because of the universality of this cuisine. Delicacies range from dimsum and Vietnamese spring rolls to sushi and burnt garlic rice. In addition, there are other exotic dishes like laksa, khao suey, and even mapu tofu. There is also a host of Asian desserts such as caramelised water chestnut pue, coconut cream caramel and sesame date rolls. Passengers travelling to or from the airport between these dates can visit the lounge and enjoy the diverse flavours of Asia.
