NH Hotel Group has launched a new guest benefit allowing customers to use selected services of other group properties within the city they are staying in.
The City Connection service enables travellers to use services in any NH Hotel, NH Collection, Nhow, Tivoli or Avani hotel, regardless of which property they are guests of.
Guests are given a “passport” at check-in, which explains which of the group’s hotels are participating in the service, where they are located within the city, and how long customers may make use of the benefits.
Referring to the new service under the tagline “Stay in one hotel, enjoy them all”, NH highlights city-wide customer benefits including:
- Use of properties’ common areas, free wifi and Welcome Corners
- Luggage storage at the property which suits them best
- Use of Business Corners
- 10 per cent discount at participating hotels’ restaurants and bars
- Use of Guest Relation Managers for assistance and tips (NH Collection and Nhow hotels only)
NH says that the City Connection service is available across a total of 129 hotels in Europe and Latin America, with destinations including Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, Seville, Lisbon, Milan, Rome, Turin, Florence, Venice, Amsterdam, Berlin, Munich, Frankfurt, Brussels, Vienna, Hamburg, Düsseldorf, Bogota, Santiago de Chile and Buenos Aires.
The move comes as hotel groups are attempting to widen the use of their properties through the addition of services such as co-working spaces, and Accor’s trial of a concierge service available not just to hotel guests.
