This festive season, GVK Mumbai International Airport has introduced a new gourmet menu at its GVK Lounge.

The Breaking Bread menu comprising a range of vegetarian and non-vegetarian delicacies has been curated by Rajesh Shetty, executive chef at GVK Lounge by TFS. First and business class passengers will soon be able enjoy this menu in GVK lounges at CSMIA.

Expressing his views on this festive menu, Chef Shetty said, “We want travellers to commence their journey with a tasteful experience. The specially handcrafted menu put together from an exceptional world cuisine palate will cater to taste buds of national as well as international travellers. This new journey of the multi cuisine menu embarks on us constantly trying to innovate ourselves with unique culinary experiences.”

The custom-made new festive a la carte menu features appetisers such as pandan chicken, miso glazed scallops, Arabic mezze, pumpkin and sage tortellini. Main course includes slow cooked herb crusted rack of lamb and lemon asparagus risotto among others.

Conclude your meal with the signature white chocolate lava cake along with a trio of frozen yoghurt.
