Air India has introduced the Namaskar Seva at Indira Gandhi International Airport, Delhi. This is a special meet and assist service that is ideal for passengers who need help while travelling alone.

This service is particularly beneficial for kids and elderly people. Namaskar Seva can also be utilised by passengers and in-transit passengers flying for the first time. This team will also help travellers with heavy baggage.

Right from the entry gate of the airport until the passenger gets onboard, the meet and assist team will help you with all your procedures including filling up the necessary documents and issuing a boarding pass.

As per Air India’s website, through this service the airline “offers dedicated assistance to facilitate your travel from Delhi Airport. No worries for travelling with heavy baggage, anxieties due to unfamiliarity with the airport, long queue for check-in etc.”

The service which was once availed only by the first class passengers can now be accessed by all at a nominal fee.

Namaskar Seva is expected to be available across several other Indian airports soon.
