The Taiwanese carrier says it plans to serve the new Da Nang route with an Airbus A321-200 configured with 184 seats, including eight in business class and 176 in economy class.

Located on the coast of the South China Sea at the mouth of the Han River, Da Nang is the fifth largest city in Vietnam. Da Nang International Airport is the country’s third busiest airport, with passenger traffic amounting to over 13 million in 2018.

In addition to Da Nang, Eva Air currently also offers three daily flights to Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon) and two daily flights to Hanoi.

Earlier this year, Eva Air said it will add a four-times-weekly non-stop service between Taipei and Milan from February 18 next year. The Taiwanese carrier also took delivery of its first Boeing 787-10 Dreamliner this year. The aircraft is equipped with its new Royal Laurel business class seats.
