Radisson Hotel Group will open a Radisson Residences property in Istanbul before the end of the year, marking its 16th property in the city.

The Radisson Residences Avrupa Tem Istanbul, named as such due to its location in the Avrupa Tem Residential Complex, will have 140 apartments ranging from one- to three-bed units. The residence will also have a gym, spa and indoor swimming pool.

The property will be located approximately 30 minutes’ drive from the new Istanbul airport, as well as 400m from the nearest exit of the Trans-European Motorway which provides access to the city.

Süleyman Çetinsaya, an investor at Radisson Residences Avrupa Tem Istanbul, said:

“We are glad to further extend our relationship with Radisson Hotel Group. After the successful launches in Kayseri and Vadistanbul together, we are confident that this new project will be another success and will further demonstrate the quality of service and brand recognition that Radisson brings in Turkey and globally.”

Radisson Blu opened a hotel in Vadistanbul, located in the north of Istanbul, in February.

Elie Younes, Executive Vice President and Chief Development Officer of Radisson Hotel Group, commented:

“We see a positive growth trend in the hospitality industry in Turkey. Following the first residence project under the Radisson brand, we are delighted to bring another excellent property to Istanbul. We thank our partners once again for their continued trust for a third project with us, bringing our presence to 16 properties in Istanbul.”
